Become an Electromechanic
Responsible for the maintenance, repair, and optimization of electrical and mechanical equipment across the shipyard.
Your Mission
The Electromechanic is responsible for maintaining, repairing, and optimizing the shipyard’s electrical and mechanical equipment. Versatile and skilled, they work on both electrical systems and mechanical machinery to ensure reliability, efficiency, and safety across all operations.
Main Responsibilities
- Diagnose electrical and mechanical failures.
- Repair or replace defective components.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on machines and installations.
- Adjust, test, and inspect systems after maintenance.
- Read and interpret electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical schematics.
- Document interventions and complete maintenance reports.
- Follow HSE guidelines and use appropriate PPE.
Working Conditions
- Work in workshops, on-site, or onboard vessels.
- Exposure to noise, and to electrical and mechanical risks.
- Variable working hours depending on emergencies and production schedules.
- Good physical condition required.
Profile Required
Technical Skills:
- Knowledge of electrotechnics, mechanics, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
- Proficiency with diagnostic and repair tools.
- Ability to read and understand complex diagrams and blueprints.
- Capability to work on diverse systems (machinery and naval installations).
Personal Qualities:

Required Training:
- CAP/BEP or vocational diploma in electromechanics, maintenance, or equivalent.
- Experience in industrial or marine maintenance preferred.
