Our Areas of Expertise
We recruit across all shipyard professions, including:

Insulator
Installation, maintenance, and repair of thermal, acoustic, and fire-protection insulation systems.

Forklift Operator
Responsible for the driving and handling of lifting and material-handling equipment.

Boilermaker
Fabrication, assembly, and repair of metal structures used in shipbuilding and ship repair.

Team Leader
Supervises and coordinates a team of workers across the shipyard.

Scaffolder
Builds, assembles, dismantles, and secures scaffolding structures required for shipbuilding and repair operations.

Électricien
Installation, maintenance et sécurisation des systèmes électriques à bord des navires et dans les infrastructures du chantier.

Maintenance Electrician
Ensures the proper functioning and safety of the shipyard’s electrical installations.

Electromechanic
Responsible for the maintenance, repair, and optimization of electrical and mechanical equipment across the shipyard.

Refrigeration Technician
Installation, commissioning and maintenance of refrigeration and air conditioning
systems on board ships and within our facilities.

Mechanic
Maintenance, repair, and servicing of onboard machinery and shipyard equipment.

Carpenter
Manufacture, installation, and maintenance of wooden and composite elements used on board vessels — including furniture, interior fittings, and structural components.

Multi-Skilled Worker
Carries out a variety of shipbuilding, repair, and maintenance tasks: hull cleaning, painting, pumping, cleaning, minor repairs, and general assistance.

Firefighter & First Responder
Responsible for prevention, emergency response, and intervention in case of incidents, fires, or medical emergencies.

Welder
Fuses, repairs, and fabricates metal components for shipbuilding and ship repair projects.

Lifesaving Equipment Technician
Maintenance, servicing and monitoring of survival equipment to ensure compliance, reliability and readiness in a maritime environment.

Lathe Operator / Machinist
Manufactures and adjusts mechanical parts used in shipbuilding and ship repair.

Pipefitter
Measuring, shaping, and assembling onboard piping systems for fluid networks in shipbuilding and ship repair.
